旁邊是幼兒園 放學時段會有些許吵雜聲
環境乾淨清閒 中間有個庭院房東會打理
電費每度4.5元 水費不計
公用洗衣機兩台 公用曬衣場兩塊
只有一層樓不需爬樓梯也沒有樓上樓下的干擾
停車棚至房間距離蠻近的
房東看起來很兇但其實人挺好的XD

Next to it is the kindergarten, there will be some noise during school hours
The environment is clean and leisurely, and there is a courtyard landlord who will take care of it
Electricity fee is 4.5 yuan per kilowatt-hour, water fee not included
Two public washing machines and two public clothes drying areas
There is only one floor without the need to climb stairs and there is no interference from upstairs and downstairs
The parking shed is quite close to the room
The landlord looks fierce but he is actually quite nice XD
