★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優點：一樓停車場不會淋雨，愛車人士可用、有櫃檯跟清潔阿姨、不收公電費、可借掃具、東西壞報櫃檯修，整體跟小旅館差不多。
缺點：電梯另外付費，不便宜；沒特別作隔音，選房建議避開靠洗衣機跟電梯那一側。
其他：有飲水機、投幣洗衣機、烘衣機、小冰箱、電視、網路Ok 。
Advantages: The parking lot on the first floor will not rain, the car owners can use it, there is a counter with a clean aunt, no public electricity fee, a broom, a bad news counter repair, the overall is similar to a small hotel.
Disadvantages: the elevator pays separately, it is not cheap; there is no special soundproofing, and it is recommended to avoid the side of the washing machine and the elevator.
Others: There are water dispensers, coin-operated washing machines, dryers, small refrigerators, TVs, and Internet Ok.
