★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 排隊買快篩感受很不好，不提前告知排隊民眾已額滿，等到九點半開賣時才出來數人頭，還怪額滿後的民眾要體諒七點半就來排隊的人，難道晚到排隊的民眾有錯嗎？為何不能在八點半時就先告知額滿了呢？讓額滿後的民眾在太陽底下苦等一小時呢？要在地深耕，要社區認同，就要同理民眾，民眾才能體諒藥局的辛苦，這是很多排隊民眾的親身經歷與心聲
It’s a bad feeling to queue up to buy a quick screening. I don’t inform the people in line that the quota is full, and I wait until 9:30 to come out to count the people. I also blame the people after the quota is full to be considerate of the people who came to the queue at 7:30. Is it wrong for the people to queue up late? Why can't I tell you that the quota is full at 8:30? What about making people with full capacity wait under the sun for an hour?
