最大的問題是，服務品質日益降低，已經有多次先打電話預訂，也有清楚告知品項的數量和取餐時間，卻在抵達店家時老闆或老闆娘才開始煮，那請問我們預先打電話預訂有意義嗎？服務態度不錯，但是品質問題有待改善
