駱醫師不亂收費，非常公道，誠實真是一位好醫師。
Dr. Luo is a very caring veterinarian. Every time I take a dog to show you, Dr. Luo knows that it is a stray dog. Dr. Luo will give you a half price discount.
Dr. Luo does not charge arbitrary fees, is very fair, and honestly is really a good doctor.
