The historic site of the old Japanese station Takeda Station (1919), which was valued by the Taiwan TV series "Watching the Rain in April" (1994), was fortunately preserved. In the heyday, the station even had rice warehouses, hotels and public baths, and now there are preserved baths in the post garden. The entrance to the flaming coffee shop, Yamato Dunwusuo, is on the side of the park. There is also a library of Dr. Ikekichiro (President of Takeda Field Hospital, a graduate of Tokyo Imperial College of Medicine, and the people of Takeda who received free clinics from his hometown), which was donated by the Japanese government and has a large collection of Japanese books. It is also known as "Japan's southernmost Japanese library in Asia".

Takeda Railway Station is a wooden station left over from the Japanese occupation era. The surrounding buildings were also built for agricultural transportation at that time, including the Yamato Tonyo, which are buildings of great historical value.
