★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為現實都是公辦民營，因此！農民要買肥料跟外面民間是沒有差別，農民沒有享受到福利，除非你是真正的農民，非是真正的農民（非擁有自己的地），耕耘也是辛苦但還是享受不到政府的美意。
Because the reality is publicly run private, so! Farmers buying fertilizers are no different from outsiders. Farmers do not enjoy benefits. Unless you are a real farmer, you are not a real farmer (not owning your own land), and it is hard work, but you still cannot enjoy the goodwill of the government.
