★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有電梯很方便，地方安靜悠閒，採光很棒，很少有昆蟲騷擾，房租價格合理，合法安全，可惜缺少個人陽台，晾衣服比較不方便，每個管理員的大哥都超讚，人超好，電費很便宜，可惜不能養寵物，跟宿舍的課長反應住宿任何問題，課長都很快速及正確的處理，很棒，整體上優點很多，缺點很少。
