★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 單車漫遊經過時，停留用中餐，點一碗客家乾粄條加個蛋，濃濃的客家味，然後闆娘還親切的問是否要來碗清湯。哈哈.....在南部鄉下地方若吃乾麵/粄條/米粉沒有特別點湯時，就會有"清湯"這免費的服務提供，就喜歡這種感覺。
When the bicycle was roaming by, I stopped for Chinese food and ordered a bowl of Hakka rice dumplings with an egg, which was rich in Hakka flavor. Then Banniang kindly asked if I wanted a bowl of clear soup. Haha..... If you eat dry noodles/stuffed noodles/rice noodles in the southern countryside without special soup, there will be a free service of "clear soup". I like this feeling.
