★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宿舍房間乾淨明亮，設備維護滿好的，管理員很親切，而且都記得名字喔！有什麼問題都可以找她；有汽機車停車格，垃圾分類區，有電梯（要繳費）、冷氣、液晶電視、投幣式洗衣機、脫水機、飲水機、個人陽台、書桌、網路、床等，很齊全。缺點就是豪雨時一樓外的巷子會淹水。
