★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宿舍還滿涼的，就算早上外面大太陽，在宿舍不開冷氣也不會太熱，但宿舍有些人有點沒公德心，廚餘都倒洗手台，雖然會有清潔人員，但這樣還是不太好。

缺點:是雅房廁所衛浴都在走道的最兩側，垃圾桶只有在外面有還要走出去

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 實齋跟仁齋基本無太大差異，1、3樓都設有交誼廳，公共冰箱也在其中（常常維修，且退宿前後不予使用），每層樓都設有飲水機，廁所，淋浴間，洗衣與烘衣機（只要十元就能使用！），室內環境則應房間不同和室友有一定水平的差異。
