時間:2月中吧好像 症狀:手機無法充電,換過好幾次充電線,每條撐不過3個月,總之送修時是完全沒電也無法充的狀態,詳細點就是充電會斷斷續續而且變換的頻率極快。 手機型號:Zenfone4 pro 送修前: 上網查資料大部分都說大概是充電孔接觸不良或毀損導致,最便宜最有效的方法就是換尾插排線(大概就是換個充電孔的意思),但是因為收益低所以大多數店家不願意這樣修,查到這間看google評價是內埔裡最高分,雖然評價數很少,所以就送來試試。 維修前後: 店員說先收件檢測再電話通知報價,結果打來說檢測結果是電池耗損需要更換,我一聽就覺得苗頭不對,問我使用多久了,回答兩年,店員就順勢接說2年電池壽命差不多就這樣,然後說我很幸運,這款電池絕版了除了他大概也沒多少店家有,報價1300,沒辦法急著用手機就死馬當活馬醫,結果取件時說拆殼換電池時鏡頭附近的漆被黏掉了,總之回家使用問題仍然存在,甚至又發生到手機充到完全沒電關機的狀態,最後是我意外進入bootloader模式然後recovery才又有辦法開機充電。 結論: 現在仍是會有一樣的問題,但每次剛換新的充電線就可以正常充大概1~2個禮拜之後就又開始出問題,而且充電時手機及接充電孔的線頭都蠻燙的,溫度是41~43度,上網再查得到答案可能是充電孔受潮或者有灰塵,會一直充不了電需要換線的原因可能是短路造成充電線被燒壞,當然也有可能是我自己常拉扯到線或貓會來蹭線的關係,總之看起來就不像是電池問題,反正經過這次消費體驗我是覺得這間不靠譜了,以後還是跑遠一點去947修,至少他的google評價可信度看起來更高一點。 題外話: 這個差評就像正義一樣—或許會遲到但絕對不缺席。
