但中華電信的0800客服電話，真的很難打，每次都忙線中，是否可以增加僱員呢？畢竟我們接受了層層的機器人詢問安全問題後，等到的卻是忙線中無人可接聽，真的很浪費時間。
Mod的服務也令人吃驚，三不五時就故障，光是通報維修這件事就夠消費者吃不消了。
網路服務也很差勁，訊號非常不好，還要自費請坊間裝設分享器，難道中華電信這麼大家企業，連室內的線路都規劃不好嗎…？
廣告做很大，請的藝人或運動員也很大咖，能不能播點金費在實質的專業上呢？

The advertisement is very big, and the artists or athletes invited are also very big. Can the broadcast fee be in the real professional?
