儘管用餐環境稍嫌簡陋，但是粽子用料卻不馬虎，諾大的水煮糯米粽，淋上自製的醬油膏，灑上花生粉，就是萬丹人的早餐，扎實的內餡，有著蛋黃和三層肉的鹹香，喜歡吃辣一點的，可以自行加上濃稠的蒜汁和辣椒醬。
味噌湯任君喝到飽，喜歡加蔥末的，有滿滿的青蔥隨客人取用，湯頭走的是清爽路線，畢竟是免費提供的味噌湯，這在北部幾乎很少見，只有南部才有福利。
早上來上一顆肉粽，就是萬丹人的營養早餐。
