★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次買菜刀不是很懂,好不好用我也不知道,看評論不錯來買的,用了之後還滿銳利好切的。
老闆是說,這白鐵的,裡面有夾鋼的。
1.店內多數都是木柄的刀,塑膠柄與鐵柄比較少。
2.塑膠柄我不確定壞了能不能換,價格最便宜;木柄用久了可能會壞掉但能更換,價格中間;鐵柄耐用,但最貴。怕細菌滋生問題的,建議選塑膠或鐵柄。
3.我跑了很多地方比較刀,在打鐵舖買的話,一般都這個價格,沒比較貴。在五金行或食品材料行那種約300以下就可以買到的大陸製刀比,真的很貴。與知名品牌或日本那種上千的比,真的很便宜,不過那是專業職人在用的,一般就不建議了。

The boss is saying that this is white iron with steel clips in it.
1. Most of the knives in the store are wooden handles, and there are fewer plastic handles and iron handles.
2. I am not sure if the plastic handle can be replaced if it is broken, the price is the cheapest; the wooden handle may be broken after a long time but can be replaced, the price is in the middle; the iron handle is durable but the most expensive. If you are afraid of bacterial growth, it is recommended to choose plastic or iron handles.
3. I went to many places to compare knives. If I buy them in a blacksmith shop, they are generally at this price, not more expensive. The mainland-made knives that can be bought at a hardware store or food material store for less than 300 are really expensive. Compared with well-known brands or thousands of products in Japan, it is really cheap, but it is used by professional professionals, so it is generally not recommended.
