後續 11/19 9168戴老闆,親自多次跟消費者聯絡。 並說明這段期間為什麼公司沒有主動聯絡,主要是負責業務當初交接事項中沒有提到該次內容。 戴老闆在連絡上,讓消費者感到十足的誠意,也很阿莎力。 身為消費者的我們,對於這段期間對9168的誤解,也全然解開誤會。 最後,如果有次回二手購車機會,我們會優先選擇"9168"。 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 於2021/8/6於9168購車一部老車,單純事實經驗分享,文長見諒。 父親節前,尋求20W預算以下的老車,給家人代步用、安全為優先。 消費者的我完全理解後續會有維修花費,所以不是用新車角度購車。 9168購車經驗分享: 購車前(透過8891推薦) 1. 業務,對車子專業度夠、也很熱心分享、說明,也有提供試車。 2. 該店車子排列很密集,看車況建議請他們把車子移到可以完全確認車況的場地 (認真建議、麻煩也要要求)。 3. 該車試車完畢當下無問題,價格買賣雙方條件合意即可,優不優惠在於個人。 領牌過戶交車"當下"還在店內 1. 鑰匙缺少一隻。 (消費者沒提問到,車商業務就不主動告知,一個願打一個願挨,也罷。畢竟已經過戶) 2. EPC亮燈(節氣門問題)。 3. 倒車R檔,底盤異常異音。 4. 冷氣吹向選擇旋鈕開關,裝錯邊。 8/7(隔天)回店處理上述問題 1. EPC亮燈(節氣門問題)=> 業務回覆處理方式,電腦斷電、重新學習後,暫無故障碼。 3. 倒車R檔,底盤異常異音=> 螺絲重新拴緊,異音解除。 4. 冷氣吹向選擇開關,裝錯邊=> 旋鈕重裝,問題排除。 9/3 EPC再度亮燈(同樣節氣門) 車商業務請我們一樣,電腦斷電、重新學習消除故障碼。 因車子已經回中部,請附近A店保修廠幫忙處理,暫時消除故障碼。 9/12 EPC再度亮燈(同樣節氣門) 車商業務同樣請我們電腦斷電、重新學習消除故障碼。 因為重複發生,但車商業務還是希望我們透過他的方式來處理, 個人判斷已經屬於間接性異常,所以再找B店驗證,插電腦尋故障碼並按照業務方式銷故障碼。 最終B店,電腦讀出節氣門機械故障,需更換節氣門總成。 9/13 與車商業務協商, EPC亮燈是在交車當下還在店內就出現,需請他們(車商或者業務)對此負責,且都是同個故障碼。 如此次故障碼,不是在他們店交車當下發生,消耗品消費者自己處理,100%認同。 基於車子在中部,安全問題也不便回台南處理。 個人提出的要求: 1. 中部就近保修廠開出工單請他們吸收或者部分 =>業務改提議用他的方式,殺肉品替代維修並找他們配合的店家。 2. 業務改提出用殺肉品替代並找他們指定店家修繕。 我們回覆,可接受且冒風險回台南到指定店修繕,修繕費用請他們處理 =>最終業務回覆,全部請我們自費。 該店強推引擎及變速箱、壓縮機本體雖有交車30日內的保固。 但對於在交車當下,還在該店出現的故障碼,回覆節氣門部品故障屬於消耗品,請消費者自費處理。 消費者對該店的評價與感受,自然不在話下。
