★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭清甜好喝不會死鹹，鴨肉大塊紮實，是用碳火慢慢燉煮，寒流來時就會想到吃他們家的薑母鴨。
麵線調理較一般，要吃重口味可以再加一下他們家的沾醬，倒是提醒一下辣的那瓶，請務必酌量加入。
鴨丸跟茼蒿還有鴨腸都是每次必點，甚至連冬天吃薑母鴨的時候都還要電風扇加持。
好吃又不貴，每次一家3口前往消費，大致金額都在800~1000元之間，是潮州冬天吃薑母鴨的好去處；但是聽老闆說這個冬季營業後要遷移往屏東市區營業，有點可惜啦～也祝福他們宏圖大展哦~他們家的薑母鴨其實不輸皇茗鳳山本店的料理說。
老闆跟老闆娘熱情，還會不定時招待一些小物，總之要吃要趁著今年冬季趕緊前往囉～

Duck balls, chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, and duck intestines are always ordered, and even when eating ginger duck in winter, electric fans are required.
It is delicious and not expensive. Every time a family of 3 goes to spend, the approximate amount is between 800 and 1,000 yuan. It is a good place to eat ginger duck in Chaozhou in winter; but I heard from the boss that I will relocate to Pingtung City after opening this winter. It’s a pity that the district is open~ I wish them great ambitions~ Their ginger duck is actually not inferior to the cuisine of Huang Ming’s Fengshan restaurant.
The boss and the proprietress are enthusiastic, and will entertain some small things from time to time. Anyway, if you want to eat, you must hurry to go here this winter~
