★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「小羅食堂」，一間在潮州心之和乳酪附近的鐵皮屋小店(彭城路上)，招牌寫著炒飯、炒麵、湯拉麵，68年次的大男生單打獨鬥店主兼主廚，把日常庶民食材，烹成翻牆越嶺台味風格的聯合國料理；店裡沒有網紅視角，有店主懇切不侷促的實在，和簡單俐落乾淨的陳設。肉絲蛋炒麵合極了國二女兒胃口，我和先生共享味道勻稱、米飯顆粒分明的鹹豬肉炒飯，以及俏皮組合吸引我一探究竟的蛤蜊麻辣鴨血拉麵，拉麵麵條不是帶咬勁口感，但每一道都細微著綿密的人情滋味。
