★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食材內餡全是老闆用心每日手工製作,車輪餅皮麵糊也是現調,口味多樣日式紅豆、奶油、巧克力、黑糖QQ撞奶等。天然無添加安心食用,連麵粉也很用心挑選過。日式紅豆餅一咬下去外酥內軟,紅豆內餡一點也不死甜,個人覺得有小時候吃的香蕉造型裡面包紅豆一樣的味道。換醒記憶的鄉愁好滋味。感謝老闆跟雲林日本職人學習紅豆餅的老功夫 ,才吃的到這日式又有台味的車輪餅。

日本今川燒的甜味口感來自使用當地上白糖,台灣紅豆餅大多是使用台灣的紅糖或白糖,也有部分使用冰糖。
日本知名今川燒店家已不添加奶精或香精等不健康的添加物,所有的香味與口感來自天然的食材風味。
日本今川燒與其它和菓子一樣,都只有甜的餡料,餡料也都以豆類等蛋奶素為主較少選擇,不似台灣紅豆餅有甜有鹹、有葷有素選擇多樣化,甜度也會因為台灣人不吃那麼甜而降低。
日本今川燒之內餡大多為紅豆與白豆.紅豆餅的餡料以紅豆、卡士達奶油、芋頭、花生、地瓜、芝麻等甜餡為主。鹹餡如蘿蔔乾、蘿蔔絲、鮪魚、高麗菜、咖哩、酸菜等,這是在日本見不到的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有OREO口味超酷的!是一整片OREO在上面!不會很甜,中間是奶油。起士雙拼放了兩種不同的起士,滿酷的。QQ撞奶的珍珠也不少,喜歡。
全部的口味有:OREO/黑糖QQ撞奶/岩熔巧克力/黃金起士雙拼/日式紅豆/招牌奶油,都是$15。
老闆很好客,希望他生意可以一直很好,下次來還想吃。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是雞蛋糕的外皮,純粹的雞蛋香,跟小時候的雞蛋糕記憶一樣,好好吃。
滿滿的內餡不過甜,搭配雞蛋糕鬆軟的外皮有驚艷到,後悔買少了,下次經過會再回訪。
然後老闆超nice??
