I like the mix of warm and cold. Taro was was real one, fresh and tasty. Wow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shaved ice is quite different from others and this town is also known for special shaved ice. The inside of shaved ice has some of warm ingredients such as peanut ball, small snowballs,taros. It's so special experience. I highly recommend everyone to try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try this "HOT SHAVED ICE“ if you are visiting Cao Jzou township, its a hot boiled tapioca snack, red bean, green bean, yam covered with shaved ice, to make you feel the correlation of hot and cold inside your mouth.
Since 1966, formerly was only selling hot boiled snack, but the southern Taiwan weather was hot enough that finally some one think of adding the ice into it, and become the famous "Hot Shaved Ice".
You can try the opposite shop with blue signboard when this shop was crowded, and both of them are same age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hot cold ice is very refreshing to eat on a hot summer day the contrast between the hot glutinous rice balls and the cold shaved ice leaves a really pleasant mouth feel.
