今日到店要求申辦預付卡 洪姓男業代拒絕服務 我們名下雖然有欠費也不用一直說不行不可以 讓人很火大 也不尊重客人 還說監視器不能說太大聲這是什麼鬼啊! 我們只是去辦個預付卡還要被洗臉!公司訓練也太差了吧

我在雙11活動時收到優惠簡訊至潮州門市辦理續約。 簽了一式兩份合約店員說影印機壞掉,基於信任上同意了店員說的領機再給我合約。 從一開始說3-5天領機,後來致電又說不包括假日一個星期;後來七天後致電又改口說要等到12月底! 問問題都一問三不知,一直周旋、塘塞。 從頭至尾台星潮州門市都沒有主動打電話通知用戶日前手機狀態。 就是一直使用話術讓我們一直傻傻的等~ 後來在其他家電信問到有現貨,決定取消台星的續約合約。 沒想到連取消合約後,也是狀況連連。 我的門號直接被註銷,完全無法收話發話了呢! 但遇到了連續這麼多問題真的完全不意外~ 經過這次經驗,就是讓我感覺沒手機還騙合約。 店員的訓練素質也很差勁,遇到問題的處理方式真讓人失望。 (還有不用留罐頭訊息說很重視我的感受,又要我寄信去你們客服信箱了;我已不是貴電信的客戶了,謝謝!)

申請門號要等半小時(還申請不過),有資料不足就請回去補辦,把一個小妹留在那裡幹嘛?都知道資料不全送件會有問題,到底把其他現場人員等候的時間當什麼,也不主動招呼,6/28下午兩點半 這位台星服務人員一點也不專業,一直打電話問別人要怎麼做,拿出點服務態度好嗎,不是態度不好,而是不懂的變通。

一進門店員完全只顧著辦門手機的客人,完全不理會剛進去的客人。在那裡等了快半小時,店員完全沒問說請問要辦什麼業務,或是說不好意思請稍等再為你服務。就是在那裡站著乾等了快半小時。等著店員慢慢處理辦手機的業務。我知道超商可以繳,但是我就是喜歡繳完然後馬上收到入帳通知簡訊。不行嗎?最後還是沒繳成就走了。可能不缺我們這種繳費的小客戶。
