鮭魚份量也給的很足，這成本很粗喔
瓜仔肉飯也蠻有特色的
通常瓜仔肉飯是蒸的或炒的
我偏好炒更多一些
因為我認為瓜仔肉用炒的才能炒出香氣
而且很有特色的是
一般來說瓜仔肉吃起來是鹹鹹甜甜的
但他們家的除了鹹甜外還有一點微辣
不吃辣的朋友也能接受的辣度 夠味
