★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點招牌鍋的鍋底,自由搭配料!招牌鍋的湯一開始什麼都不煮就超甜超鮮,當下想說這麼甜該不會是味精吧,後來吃飽回家也都沒有口渴,好像真的是天然的鍋底,真的很厲害,超甜。
鍋底點了溫體牛、魚冊、蛋餃、蝦丸,還有蔬菜,溫體牛切上來有兩種部位,左邊的很有牛肉特有的酸甜味,而且非常Q嫩有嚼勁,非常好吃!右邊的是比較像很瘦的牛肉片,朋友愛右邊我愛左邊!老闆娘都會仔細介紹鍋底口味還有涮肉的方式。
蛋餃很普通可以不用點,蝦丸吃了也是有點太重口味會以為是放味精,有種貢丸的感覺,魚冊是九尾魚做成的,我也覺得普通,火鍋料可能其他的會比較好吃。
唯一美中不足是當天的白飯有點恐怖,是又溼又糊的那種。

Egg dumplings are very common and you don’t need to order them. Shrimp balls are a bit too heavy and they will think they are MSG. It feels like a tribute ball. The fish book is made of nine-tailed fish. I think it’s ordinary. The hot pot ingredients may be other. It will be more delicious.
The only fly in the ointment is that the rice that day was a bit scary, it was wet and mushy.
