One side feeds the other people. The unique geographical environment nourishes this small Paiwan tribe. Just like the name given to it by the ethnic language; "Siljvavav" (Siljvavav), its name in the Paiwan language has the meaning of "all the way up" in the Chinese interpretation. It is also the entrance to the ancient road leading to Taiwu in the Japanese colonial era.
