那天點湯的粄條結果送來了乾的,一樣好吃,大量油蔥香撲鼻而上,道地客家口味。加點了粉腸和豬血湯,粉腸沒腥味,很Q彈順口;豬血湯很清爽,簡單確饒富滋味。再次造訪點湯粄條和白切肉,兩樣才70元,真的物美又價廉。這裏粄條湯和北部竹東、新埔的很不一樣,湯水比較少,強調油蔥香氣,北部的話感覺就比較清淡,粄條比較硬一點、切的厚一點。店不大,也沒什麼裝潢,簡簡單單鄉下飲食店,但店家保持的挺乾淨,服務也親切。

太太懷念的萬巒粄條老店,雖然沒有很常來吃,但前前後後也陸續吃了約30幾年,應該算是很愛吃這家的粄條....今年剛好有機會前來享用,但原本的老闆娘應該是交接給女兒了,麵條的口感較為黏稠,不像以前容易攪拌開,懷念的滋味有點變化了,至於小菜的部分依然好吃,果然假日時段顧客眾多!

清晨五點多回到萬巒 一心只想來一碗北部吃不到的味道 這間位於萬巒派出所斜對面的半年老店 是這時間難得營業的店面之一 點了板條、粉腸、豬皮 板條份量小碗的就非常充足了! 湯頭也比較濃厚香醇 很喜歡? 小菜類也很好吃,上頭居然有搭配酸菜很驚喜! 意外的跟小菜們都很搭配? 以前回來都是習慣吃其他間 第一次吃這間覺得非常滿意 以後回來 我想這間會是首選☺️

原本是老婆婆自己在顧的店,我爸從小吃到老,我從國小開始很愛吃歸啊,台語就叫歸啊,現在住北部,只有假日回去才能吃到,但只要回去,一定要每天去吃,粄條價錢公道,大碗現在50,別人已經很多年前就漲,但唯獨就他的沒什麼漲價,以前媳婦接手,我很佩服她的記憶力,我一年回去大約四次,她連我吃什麼都還記得,不要韭菜只要豆芽,不要味精,記憶力超好的!
