［2］哨子蛋：肉香與蛋香，完美融合。
［3］萬巒豬腳：油脂完全不膩，取而代之Q彈入味，平時不碰豬腳；這道，吃它，"完全"沒問題。
［4］芹菜炒魷魚：芹菜出乎意外鮮甜清脆。
