光是那白飯的份量跟水份控制，我就佩服。
牛雜湯裡面最屌的是有處理好的牛腸，爆炸好吃；老婆點的牛肉湯也不遑多讓。
我是台南市人，吃過的牛肉湯有近百間，該店的作法獨出一樹，厲害?，最重要的是我有吃飽，有吃飽！！！
