Unique building but far from city

Room is big and clean.

Unsual. Built & designed like a ship. Neat place, a feeling of being aboard a ship. Room is large, full of light, balcony, sitting area. Yes, no water in refrig but hot/cold water is available at stairway landing. Always have coffee/tea and cookies at desk area. Well managed. Tremendous staff, most speak English, very helpful. Location is in small village, outside of Linbian....we knew that when we booked, so it was not a problem. What we did not expect was the staff would take us to/from the ferry in Donggang, and take us the train station. Staff arranged rental bicycles for us one day, 100TWD per day each, small fee. The staff even make sure we have bottles of water for our bike ride. We biked everywhere, the brigde, wet land parks, the dikes, the next village, the temples, WWII bunkers, around the bay...good bike paths, or the road with hardly any traffic. This B&B is a great find, beat the typical small hotel in the city and noise.

The staffs are very professional and are able to communicate in English. The water heater broke during our stay but were offered discounts. Will definitely return. Cons: Cash only. Had to return to the home stay from after dinner stroll on the levee due to overwhelming mosquitoes outside at night.

A wonderful hotel services by dedicated staff who enjoy their jobs:) thanks for your tips and help on our 2 day stay! He room was great, but the breakfast and are was a nice tranquil area to rest! Remember you can have a beautiful hotel, but ots je staff that made it a fun experience...definitely stay here!!!

If you like your toiled , bath and shower in your living / bedroom, this is the place for you. Not my cup of tea. But had the top floor room and it was excellent. Unfortunately no elevator and breakfast TOOOOOOO EARLY and GOT CHARGED ANYWAY.

Simple and straight forward B&B in a fun house shaped like a ship. The top rating is mainly due to the hosts great service and eagerness to help. We enjoyed our three nights here.
