★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are not very friendly and the place lacks any warm or nice feeling The outside looks nice but the massage rooms are old and dark with very dirty walls. Loud TV playing on the floor above. No music. They wanted me to put on ratty old massage clothes/suit to wear. I refused to put on the old clothes and asked if they had a bathrobe instead or if I could just use the blanket. They insisted that I had to wear them as they massage you through the clothes. The whole experience and confrontation over the clothes was really unpleasant and I left. It’s really a shame as they knew my fiancée had booked me 2 hours of pampering for my birthday. I was given no warmness or special treatment here and felt like I was in a dirty hotel. So glad I left. Please be warned, if you have a special occasion or want a clean room do not book here.

Staff were screaming down the hallway & you can hear load conversations even in your private massage room!
The massage itself was a joke! The masseuse was not prepared at all & I had to ask her several times to lower the pressure! She was either inexperienced, rushed or just didn’t care.
I would definitely NOT recommend this place at all!

Nice ambiance - very spacious and has a great view of its well landscaped courtyard with city skyline backdrop. Masseuses are generally experienced, find one that you like takes some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to 928 Goldmine Massage for years. Was introduced to the place by a good friend who lived here. The location has moved a couple times, but still remains on Shizheng Road. Very clean and upscale with reasonable prices. My wife and I usually get a normal 1 hour foot massage that also throws in a bit of shoulders and scalp. I have also done "skin scraping" (foot callus removal) a few times also. English skills are reasonable overall. On weekends, an phone appointment is better than walking in since it can get busy.
