★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled on a weekday from Kenting to Xiaoliuqiu, took bus 9117 at 2.35pm from Hengchun arrived at bus stop near the donggang mac at 4.05pm. Walked along the main road in the direction of traffic for 15 minutes to reach the ferry terminal. There are clear signs along the way just look out for them above the traffic lights. Managed to catch the 5pm ferry. 2 way ticket costs TWD410, much cheaper than single way.
Do note that there is a validity of 3 days for the return ticket, if you are thinking of coming back later you have to inform the counter lady. Have fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good. The ferry terminal seems like a honest place it is clean. It is air condition. The washrooms are clean. The directions on how to obtain a ticket and board the fairies are very clear and straightforward.
