★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了黑鮪魚拼盤，老闆叮嚀要從最沒有油脂的赤身開始，再來是上腹以及金三角 ，不得不說黑鮪魚除了油花分布得很漂亮之外，口感也真的讚，咬下去後魚油的香氣在唇齒間流竄，幾乎不太需要咬就在口中化開！
而黑鮪魚肚在炙燒過後入口，多了幾分油脂溫潤的香氣，配上溫熱的壽司米，有點邪惡但又好滿足～～
干貝的部分有點小失望，沒有預期中的那麼甘甜，不過海膽倒是有驚艷到，它的甜多了一點海味的鹹，口感當然也較稠黏，覺得是所有海鮮中最特別的一種～

 I ordered the black tuna platter. The boss told me to start with the naked body with the least fat, then the upper abdomen and the golden triangle. I have to say that the black tuna not only has a beautiful distribution of oil flowers, but also tastes really good, bite it down After the aroma of fish oil flows between the lips and teeth, it almost melts in the mouth without biting!
As for the black tuna fish maw, after being roasted, it has a slightly more oily and warm aroma. It is a bit evil but satisfying when paired with warm sushi rice.
The scallop part was a little disappointing, not as sweet as expected, but the sea urchin was amazing. It was a little sweeter and saltier than the seafood, and of course the taste was sticky. I think it is the most special of all seafood~
