★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很爛,尤其是客服,對長輩的服務很不友善,長輩電視無法觀看要我們自己提供錯誤代碼初步障礙排除,有告知我在外縣市,且長輩看不懂無法協助障礙排除,客服告知若有其他人可以協助的話他可以外撥電話,等我確定好可以協助的人之後再進線,又說他們無法外撥電話,客服訓練可不可以做好?給客戶的回應不要互相矛盾,要推銷的時後一直打電話來,有問題的時候推來推去,你們收的費用裡面難道不包含客戶服務嗎?請你們派工第一句就是要收費,
偏偏屏東又只有這家有線電視,用得很嘔,而且用了幾十年也沒見過有優惠方案,有任何的異動需求都要你自己跑一趟全屏東唯一的服務處(東港),是以為屏東很小去哪裡都很近嗎?可以稍微求進步一點,改為通訊傳真的方式處理,有夠爛的公司,一顆星都不想給。

But Pingtung only has this cable TV, which is very nasty, and after decades of use, I have never seen a preferential plan. If you have any change needs, you have to go to the only service office in Pingtung (Donggang). Do you think that Pingtung is very small and very close to everywhere? You can make a little progress and change it to the way of communication and fax. If there are bad enough companies, I don't want to give it a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這幾年改善很多.服務好.斷線機率有改善不少.只是夜間客服的電話還需要加強.不要一直語音.會讓人不生氣都難.因為現代人網路需求都是24小時的.尤其目前疫情嚴峻.更需要網路的陪伴與聯敍.另一點也就是上面說的.辦理異動都需要親臨是有點不便民.既然可以代辦了.應該也可以用遠距或是傳真吧?
