鑊氣是什麼我不懂，我只知道我爸吃了一肚子氣。我覺得味道是上是不錯，油少負擔小，但不會是我的首選，因為是米粒的本身含水量過少，吃起來很乾，不太好吞，自己也不喜歡這樣的炒飯。
