肉品有220g，且品質絕對是好，點自己喜歡的肉品就對了。
海鮮的表現也是超好，蛤蜊大顆/透抽跟海港的一樣Q彈/?大隻又緊實。
?菜盤的品質好不用說，是用當天採買的時蔬。
醬料區及裝潢都是和風，整體下來能感受到像日本那樣健康、天然的飲食體驗。
