以上是正面評價,接下來我要評論人員的部份。
因為白板採購完需要配送至東港碼頭、然後透過貨船運過去小琉球。購畢,詢問當時幫我結帳的一位櫃檯小姐(身高不高、體型豐腴)何時配送,因為貨到了琉球我要找人去載,因為我人不一定在琉球。沒想到,這位櫃檯小姐用一種不耐煩又帶殺氣的語氣說「不知道!」?我當場傻眼,你都不知道,請問我會不知道嗎?進一步詢問他才說「貨運車是老闆排的,他要什麼時候派車是他的事,我不知道!」
然後我說「那可以盡量排星期三、四配送嗎?因為我通常只有這兩天在。」她馬上說「不行!」(而且眼睛瞪很大)然後我說「那....月底前應該可以送到吧!」她又說「不知道啦!反正貨車是老闆管的我不知道!」於是我當時付完錢離開,就只能賭賭看月底前可分到貨。
結果過了一個星期完全沒有後續。突然隔週三接到這位女店員電話,告訴我「我們本來要今天寄,可是今天下雨不能配白板會怎樣怎樣!」然後我說...「那你們可以幫忙包膜後再配送嗎?」她那招牌的口氣又說「不行!我們就是原貨配送!」我又問...「那天氣好可以馬上配送嗎?」她又說「我不知道!要問老闆!」我說我月底前一定要用到拜託你們一定要幫我趕一下,結果她又一直推託說怎要怎樣....最後的最後,我只能聯絡東港有貨車的朋友幫我去載,用交通船配送過去小琉球,結束這個白板的折騰!
結論:
1. 商家即便在價格上再怎麼有競爭力,只要有門市還是要注意一下客服人員的服務態度,從頭至尾她不知道已經講了幾次「不行」「不知道」這種服務業大忌的話術,不知道老闆會不會看到這篇,如果會看到麻煩重視一下這些事情!
2. 趕時間的人千萬考慮是否要來這邊買,因為配送問題可能會搞死你!

After purchasing the whiteboard, it needs to be delivered to the Donggang terminal and then transported to Xiaoliuqiu by cargo ship. After the purchase, I asked a counter girl (not tall and plump) who helped me check out when it would be delivered, because the goods arrived in Ryukyu, because I was not necessarily in Ryukyu. Unexpectedly, the lady at the counter said "I don't know!" in an impatient and murderous tone. I was dumbfounded on the spot. You don't know, would I not know? After further questioning, he said, "The freight truck is arranged by the boss. It is his business when he wants to dispatch the truck. I don't know!"
Then I said, "Can I arrange delivery on Wednesdays and Thursdays as much as possible? Because I usually only have these two days." She immediately said "No!" (and my eyes widened), and then I said, "Then... It can be delivered!" She said again, "I don't know! Anyway, the boss is in charge of the truck, I don't know!" So I paid and left at that time, so I had to bet that the goods would arrive before the end of the month.
As a result, there was no follow-up after a week. Suddenly I received a call from this female clerk every Wednesday, telling me, "We were supposed to send it today, but what happens if it rains today and can't match the whiteboard!" Then I said... "Can you help wrap it before delivery?" "She said in her signature tone, "No! We are the original delivery!" I asked again... "Then the weather is good, can we deliver it right away?" She said again, "I don't know! Ask the boss!" I said to me. It must be used before the end of the month. Please help me to rush it. But she kept ditching and telling me what to do.... At the end of the day, I could only contact a friend who has a truck in Donggang to help me pick it up and deliver it by transportation. In the past, Xiao Liuqiu, to end the toss of this whiteboard!
in conclusion:
1. No matter how competitive a business is in terms of price, as long as there is a store, she should pay attention to the service attitude of the customer service staff. From the beginning to the end, she did not know that she had talked about "no" and "don't know" several times. I don’t know if the boss will see this, if you see trouble, pay attention to these things!

進去之後裡面有位阿姨告知我到6:00就打烊
我也沒有想要拖到店家營業時間
所以詢問阿姨東西的位置
剛開始態度還OK
本來要買簽收簿
但阿姨說沒有簽收簿了
於是我就再詢問資料夾放在何處
趕緊跑去找
因為要找和公司一樣的款式
所以就在那邊繞了一下
結果那個阿姨口氣就很差的跟我說
不是跟你說在4-1嗎?
然後這中間一直跟我強調
我們到6:00而已,請你快一點!!
起碼說了三次以上
最後我怕超過時間
什麼都沒買
離開店家時間為5:58 ……
我知道服務業很辛苦
但最基本的態度還是應該有的

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天第一次去到寶利,裡面商品真的很多!只是商品擺放位子沒有做標示,所以想找特定物品就要詢問店員會比較快!商品大多沒標價,但部份商品架上會有編號,架子邊有各個編號的價格;昨天下午打烊前一個小時,我找不到我需要的物品,向店員詢問,說需要另外向廠商訂購,原本是說要問廠商價格。結果今天中午不但打電話向我報價,甚至我指定的商品都已經在寶利了!效率真的很迅速(這個可能也因商品不同,廠商不同有所差異)!
結帳時會詢問有沒有會員,但是只要購物超過200元,即可以會員價結帳唷!店員的態度也很親切~以後有需要,我會再去寶利尋找或訂購!也謝謝老闆娘及店員的協助,讓我在不到一天的時間,就買到我找好幾家都買不到的物品!!感恩~?
