龍骨湯顏色白，味道濃郁厚醇而溫潤、口感如日式豚骨湯頭般，雖是由豬骨熬成，但不油膩，而且用料實在、喝了也不會喉嚨燥熱，如果是不敢吃辣的吃貨們，可以試看看。
肉類：雞腿肉
店家選用的部位肉多而瘦，彈口且無腥味。
肉類：花枝漿
分量是其他店的2-3倍，花枝很大塊，且有摻入些許蝦仁塊，CP值很高。
菜：娃娃菜、高麗菜
店家選料十分新鮮實在，青菜類飽滿、有水分，入龍骨鍋類更增添湯頭甘甜。
其他：老油條、鴨血、白豆腐
鴨血部分，店家已經滷好，上桌後不用煮過即可食用，味道有點麻麻辣辣，適合不太敢吃辣又想吃點微辣的吃貨。
