結果到門市直接說要還就要付違約金
然後說了網路不穩定的問題 跟其他家比有差
結果門市人員先回可能訊號不好 請問在同個地方怎麼會有訊號不穩定的問題 況且我在市中心誒?
再來又說有時候是手機問題 我直接回朋友i8 我i11
請問是誰的問題?
然後最後歸咎在尖峰時段可能會不穩定
真的是很會推卸責任
然後明明就客服給的資訊有誤 才讓別人多跑一趟
從進門市到出去前 完全沒有一句道歉 而是一直跟我爭論
到最後我要離開前才來一句道歉的話
在爭論過程中還不忘要推銷母親節活動唷
然後我也不想當奧客 但在知道自家客服人員出錯的時候 加上我白跑一趟是從外縣市跑回來處理(家中長輩不太會用)我得到的回應是以上這樣 誰都會不爽吧==
最後建議大家合約到快逃 要不是沒有零星 我真的一顆星都不想給
