大潭保安宮座落於台灣南部屏東縣東港鎮東郊大潭里大潭路一七之一號。由草創迄今已歷三百餘年，是屏東縣最早供奉保生大帝之廟宇，先民原籍多為福建漳泉地方人氏。明未清初渡海而來，循今之大鵬灣口而入（大鵬灣舊名金茄萣港，係現今林邊溪之尾閭），而散居沿溪兩炭，以漁牧而漸及農耕，故名其村為「羊仔庄」。
