★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 民國五十九年陳勇成先生至雲林北港工作，工作期間至北港朝天宮祭拜天上聖母，因感念天上聖母之慈悲聖懷，工作結束後特至北港朝天宮分靈回陳家奉祀，兩年後六十一年天上聖母取陳勇成先生為乩子，奉旨行醫救世，八年後民國六十九年（西元一九八O年、歲次庚子年）建立鸞堂建立宮名「朝天宮」。
民國六十八年開始建廟，由於經費不足，因此興建工程時間很久，民國七十九年動工，九十一年（西元二OO二年、歲次壬午年）擴建完成。
In 1949, Mr. Chen Yongcheng went to work in Beigang, Yunlin. During his work, he went to Beigang Chaotian Temple to worship the Mother of Heaven. Because of the compassion of the Holy Mother of Heaven, he went to Beigang Chaotian Temple and returned to Chen’s family to worship after the work. In the latter sixty-one years, the Mother of Heaven took Mr. Chen Yongcheng as her son, and was ordered to practice medicine to save the world. Eight years later in the Republic of China (1980, the year of Gengzi), Luantang was established and the palace was named Chaotian Palace. ".
The temple began to be built in 1988. Due to insufficient funds, the construction of the temple took a long time. The construction started in 1989 and the expansion was completed in 91 (2002, the year of Renwu).

I have personally experienced that because my health was not good when I was a child, it was the grandma of Chaotian Palace who blessed me to be born again and was also my godmother, so I believed in him and thanked him.
