★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant, seemed to be run by family members. There was a grandma running the cashier, children helping out to take away the dishes and i think a father cooking the meals.
Soup was lovely, the shrimp with tornado looking crisps was good especiallt with the sauce but it is pretty oily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A local favorite in Xiao Liu Qiu. Famous for their XO sauce with mahi mahi. Sold in bottles and also featured in their omelette. Also get their famous shrimp dish that is cooked with thin crispy egg on top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's simple food, quickly prepared and served, with reasonable prices. Always remember you are on a little island with lots of tourists. It's not going to be world-class food, but it's a fun place with good enough ingredients.
