佳冬神社 - Jiadong Township

Kadong Shrine, occasionally I can see the torii gates outside when I pass by here, this time I just have time to come in and take a look. This is the ruins of a shrine that has been abandoned for a long time. It would be nice if it can be reorganized.

Just a deserted small attraction, go in the small road opposite the 7-11 Jiadong Gate. The car is recommended to stop in the open space next to the temple. There is a dead end and cannot be turned back. Only after reading historical records did I know that the innermost is now the fourth torii. The original shrine was 140 meters deep and was built in 1936 to give the Japanese soldiers at the Jiadong Airport (airstrip) a spiritual comfort!!

Approximately 140 meters in total The end of the road is the main shrine There are still some Yuhuan used to distinguish the gods from the secular worlds. It is a pity that only the torii are left, which are attached to the ruins. You can visit Kenting on the way. It is not recommended to go there specially.
