★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 申請更換車牌式etag遭拒,其拒絕安裝之理由為,本人的休旅車(CR-V3代)前保險桿安裝車牌位置為非平面式,本人多次委婉向安裝的服務人員請求測試安裝,其服務人員不但多次拒絕,並一再強調無法安裝,之後本人只能無奈離開。惟在本人回家後借取車牌式etag試裝,卻能順利安裝,由此顯見其服務中心之服務態度令人感到失望。
The application for replacing the license plate type etag was rejected. The reason for refusing to install it is that the position of the license plate installed on the front bumper of my recreational vehicle (CR-V3 generation) is non-planar. Its service staff not only refused many times, but also repeatedly emphasized that it could not be installed, and then I had no choice but to leave.
