It is located at the end of the road in front of Fangliao Railway Station. Looking forward from Fangliao Railway Station, you can see the installation art on the seawall. If you walk along the road to the end, you can see the sea on the seawall, and you can see the fishing port on the left. The installation art on the seawall is great for taking pictures of the sea or sunset.
