★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outdoor hot spring wear your swimsuits and bring bottle of water with you. During weekend quite crowed. And you can get the cheaper voucher at the small shop in front of the parking area ( right hand side when you face to hot spring hotel).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $4000NT for one night, definitely not worth it. Nothing special about the rooms or location (hot springs pools are decent but again, nothing special by taiwan standards), but very disappointing customer service.
Arrived for breakfast 30minutes before close- they had run out of rice, porridge, and pretty much every dish except for a few raw-onion scraps. When asked when they would refill (we were not the only ones playing vulture, scraping everyones leftovers clean), they said they weren't. I settled for toast and coffee, but the coffee was curdled beyond belief.
Very, very disappointing. Given the number of other options in the area, strongly suggest you look elsewhere!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice outdoor hot spring with several pools. One of 3 in Taiwan with over 100 years of history. More Japanese atmosphere than most other hot springs. The two hot pools are wooden. The only thing that's missing is a sauna and/or steam room. Don't forget to bring a swim cap, or buy one at the counter before going in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outdoor hot spring wasn’t bad, but sadly people just occupy extra seats and have a picnic there. I thought eating is not allowed inside of the hot spring area. However, when you get out...The food they provide in the lounge is really good!! Be aware of the parking situation though...not so easy to find a parking there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We informed the staff we will arrive at 16:00 to 17:00 but when we arrived at 16:30 they told us the room is not prepared yet. It’s not a good first impression for us…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is okay, but the pillows are horribly stiff to sleep on. I didn’t sleep well cuz of the bed size and the pillows. The breakfast is pretty disappointing. The coffee machine only provide horrible taste black coffee, the soy milk tasted TERRIBLE and the black tea was too sweet.
I’d hesitate if you invite me to stay over again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A traditional Japanese style hot spring hotel with more than 100 years of history way back when the Japanese was still in rule, as what I heard.
Has a very good public hot spring that opens to non hotel guests. Just wish the new facilities can be made with more delicacy to match the traditional building, which is sort of in need of repair.
Also the music is too loud in some area, some lights are too bright for relaxing, should be easily adjusted.
Otherwise the overall experience is quite nice with friendly staffs and convenient spot. Recommends everyone visiting here.
