部落宣教史 四林村的福音工作早在1964 年(民國 53 年)便逐 漸展開;不過,在當時可能因為基督福音不容易進入四林部落,因此,福音工作嘎然而止。然 而,上帝福音的工作仍沒有停歇。主後1983 年(民國 72 年)基督教福音再一次傳入四林部 落,並結合展望會資源借用農舍設立托兒所,由當時在長樂教會牧會的邱河泉牧師開始計畫 及實施傳福音進入四林部落,並透過許多的信徒協助及各界的人士關心,成功的將福音傳入 四林部落。當時上帝感動了一位曾金妹姊妹願意奉獻土地,來做為聚會的地方,在主後1986(民 國 75 年)終於成立了佈道所。昔日的牡林教會由各教會的奉獻而蓋起了上帝的聖殿,在江榮 輝傳道(時任傳道,現已為牧師)宣教期間,由三地門教會的弟兄姊妹,協助教會改建宿舍,好 讓牧者有地方居住,並能好好專牧並牧養羊群,並以此獻堂。 牡林教會中間歷經邱河泉傳道師(時任傳道師,現為力里教會牧師)、江榮輝傳道師(時任 傳道師,現為龍山教會關懷牧師)、邱秀妹傳道師(時任傳道師,現為內文教會教育牧師)、蕭 世光傳道師(時任傳道師,現為內文教會主任牧師)、孫子光傳道師(時任傳道師,現為瑪家教 會牧師)、傅梅娟傳道師(時任傳道師,現為和平教會牧師)、孫彰輝傳道師、朱信安囑託傳道 (歿)、陳進德長老(歿)、黃啟光傳道師(時任傳道師,現為牧師)、郭玫玲傳道師(現為石門教 會傳道師)、李再祥傳道師(時任傳道師,現為中心崙教會牧師)、黃啟光牧師(第二次)、達里 瑪勞‧巴黎傳道師(時任傳道師,現為達瓦蘭教會派駐恆原教會傳道牧師)、田聖恩傳道師(現 為大同教會傳道師)、陳淑娥傳道師(時任傳道師,現為水門教會牧師)、到至今的法法吾妮及 蔣記剛傳道師。35 年的教會牧會歷史中,換了14 名牧者、傳道人,當中最久的為達里瑪勞‧ 巴黎牧師長達4 年半、最短的則為一週。平均下來牧者們留在在地的服事年限約一年。  未來展望 一、 建堂:修繕。 二、 培育靈命紮根:推動一領一新倍加工作,長執培訓、信徒造就、查經課程及培靈會。 三、 推動關懷小型教會福音事工,建立宣教伙伴關係。 四、 設立兒童課輔班,以實際的關懷事工,社區兒童陪讀班、兒童品格教育。 五、 社區宣教:關懷社區弱勢族群、松年長照、婦女成長、排灣文化課程等,成為社區的好 鄰居。 (內文取自排灣中會55年年鑑)
