水蛙窟
水蛙窟(Shuiwaku)位於風吹沙附近，是一個以種植牧草為主的小村落，所以村子周圍有一大片美麗的牧草，景色優美，偶爾還能在草原上看見野生的梅花鹿呢！
說起這個地方的地名由來，是由於早期村莊內有個水潭，終年蛙鳴不斷，故稱作「水蛙窟」，但後來水潭漸漸枯竭，青蛙也因此消失，如今居民與墾管處合作，著手恢復生態環境，希望能重新讓蛙鳴響徹水蛙窟。
水蛙窟社區近年來也致力於生態旅遊，由當地居民組成，提供了多種不同的當地生態導覽行程，內容豐富有趣，讓旅客可以深度瞭解這個地方的人文地理，很適合親子團體參加。
Shuiwaku
Shuiwaku is located near Fengchuisha, it is a smaill village, most of people who live here make a living by raising the herbage, the scenery here is really beautiful, sometimes you can even find some wild deers on the grassland.
The meaning of "Shuiwaku" in Chinese is a lake with many frogs, actually there was a small lake in the village long time ago, usually you can heard the sounds of frogs all the year, but the lake is gone, now they are trying to restore the natural ecology.
Also, in Shuiwaku, there is a special tour-"ecology tours", you can enjoy the nature and learn much interesting knowledge of here, I think it is a good idea to go with your family, don't forget to give it a try.

我們是在暑假期間的非假日帶孩子浮潛來到墾丁，老闆娘很隨和也給我們許多方便，我們是住在二樓山景家庭房，一樓門口有水管方便清洗浮潛的設備。
民宿附近的香蕉灣、砂島都有專業潛水店家可以指導潛水，我們是自己帶裝備在民宿穿好過去浮潛，兩個點在當時的海況都蠻穩定，海底生態也豐富，此位置靠近香蕉灣，老闆娘推薦的沙灘小酒館的餐點就很超值好吃！當然我們最驚艷的還是老闆娘的活力早餐，真的非常豐盛美味！
The room meets the price, and the breakfast exceeded expectations!
We came to Kenting for snorkeling during non-holidays during the summer vacation. The proprietress is very easy-going and gives us a lot of convenience. We live in a family room with mountain views on the second floor. There is a water pipe at the entrance of the first floor to facilitate cleaning of snorkeling equipment.
There are professional diving shops in Banana Bay and Sand Island near the hotel to guide diving. We brought our equipment to the hotel and put on snorkeling. The sea conditions at the two spots were quite stable at the time and the seabed ecology was also rich. This location is close to Banana Wan, the meals at the beach tavern recommended by the proprietress are very good value and delicious! Of course, our most amazing thing is the energetic breakfast of the proprietress, which is really rich and delicious!
