Amazingly nice! Love the room and pool in the room. Meals are exquisite. Staff are very friendly and caring. Also great for children.

Location is close to a fishing harbour,not the best view! Service is long and do not fit to westerners .this hotel chain have better places than this one!

I'm not sure what I can say about this place. Having been to several resorts of similar price tags, I see several glaring flaws with the overall presentation, none of which are absolute deal breakers but will leave a sour taste in your mouth after you leave. I don't recommend coming to this resort with any expectations. First off, the layout of the place is baffling. The swimming pool, which is touted to be one of the best in Taiwan, is really oddly placed; you have to actually leave the hotel through the front door and cross the driveway to go there. Considering the large winds, I'm confused as to why it was placed where it is. The rooms are all consolidated in one place and are very tightly packed, leaving very little room for the price. Secondly, the rooms themselves aren't particularly well designed; you can't enjoy the view of the ocean unless you're standing out on the balcony, which is windy as f***, and the light controls are confusing and inconvenient. Third, there's a lot of places where you see a lot of Taiwanese equipment, it's hard to explain why this is bad, but when you do see it, you'll understand (it's like night market equipment). Worst of all, the gym is poorly stocked; my brother commented that it looked as if they ran out of money and just threw in whatever they could. There are some good points though; the restaurant, while not mind blowing, is good enough, and all of their windows are damn near sound-proof so the wind isn't uncomfortable at night. Service is great if not a little pushy, although they seem like they need a leader. However, the problems that this resort has are ones that cannot be solved simply, the entire place needs to be redesigned from the ground up, which begs the question, why wasn't it designed better in the first place? I won't be returning here any time soon.

Having our fifth newborn baby shower party here with all my family members.Thanks to all the waiters, waitress and baby party planer to give us such amazing and unforgettable memories.We love the atmosphere the hotel creates and we will definitely come back for more anniversary with the ones we love.

Absolutely nothing would justify the price for this hotel. By international standards this deserves maximum 3.5 hotel stars. There is no direct access to a nice beach. You are basically just next to the fishing harbour. For the money to spend per night I can fly to Thailand and back and stay several nights at a nicer hotel. I assume the 5 star ratings come from people that are afraid to lose face, when admitting they spent way to much for a an average hotel. You pay much, so it must be good right?
