Came as it had 5 stars and didn't disappoint. As a vegan, often find it hard to get good meals traveling. This place is the best vegan restaurant experience I've had. I can't imagine anyone not finding the meals here appetizing, and even the meat eaters won't miss it. Order four dishes and each of them was stellar. For sure worth tracking down.

So good we came here two days in row, if we found it sooner probably would have came everyday to try more menu items, lol. Bi cuon are the perfect veggie adjacent to my grandma’s SO GOOD.

One of the best place to eat vegetarian in Henchung! They have an english menu, and everything we had was delicious. Vietnamese restaurant, with many choices. I would recommend the green papaya salad!

One of the best vegan Vietnamese restaurants I’ve had on the island of Formosa. I didn’t expect much walking in, but was very surprised in the small town of Hengchun, housed a gem like this. The environment is clean, and the food... don’t let me get started... okay I’ll start; Everything here is authentic and the REAL deal. This is coming from a guy born to parents from Vietnam, so I grew up with an abundance of Vietnamese flavors. After going plant based, I had to make my own versions so going out to “vegan”/“vegetarian” Vietnamese spots were always a hit or miss because I based the basic aromatic flavoring to the original conventional versions(having animal products). But this spot retains the flavor of the south, amazingly local and fresh. Props and kudos to the owners for providing me with the hometown flavors. Also it was a blast to use some Vietnamese again here in Taiwan. I had the vegan Bun Rieu, rice vermicelli with the tomato based broth. First intake of the broth, I was like “get the $&@$ outta here!” This is too good! The vegan Goi bap cai tim (purple cabbage salad, usually has seafood in original dish) Retains freshness in presentation and flavors. The way they use the power of the lime is unfathomable.

Vegetarian Vietnamese food is hard to come by on the island. This place has so many options. Everything was delicious. We are hoping to come back tomorrow!

Wow! So good! Amazingly delicious food. Tons of different options. All vegetarian. Reasonable prices. Fantastic place. My life will pale in comparison until here we return again.

One of the best vegan restaurants in Hengchun. We enjoyed all the dishes. All foods are so delicious that it is hard to choose best one. The restaurant is near east gate. The ambiance is nice. The menu is in English and therefore easy to read. However, this was our first time to read Vietnamese food names. So bit challenging to understand what is what. Google translate finally helped ? All is all it’s very affordable vegan restaurant and is highly recommended.
