(did not stay) passed through asking for help calling a cab and the staff was extremely helpful despite not even being a paying customer. If I hadn't already made plans elsewhere, I would've booked here in a heartbeat. She even ran out the building and down the road to wave down a bus for us.

The place is really nice and clean !! Staff are friendly , the breakfast is simple and healthy ,we love it ! We only stay for one night :( but we will visit it again!

We stayed at this resort for one night. Considering the close proximity to the night life of Kenting and the other guests staying at the hotel, this resort is an amazing oasis. The peaceful gardens and tranquil decore of the rooms will surely melt all your worries away. I am blessed to be staying here for one night, I wish I could stay longer. What a treat!

Rooms and gardens are well maintained and are similar to a Bali villa. Bathroom in particular is excellent. Lady at front office speaks English well and is very helpful. Breakfast is a bit simple and western in style and could use more consideration. The area surrounding the Red Garden Resort was a let down.

Comfortable,tasty breakfast and kind&friendly staff.but there r a few things inconvenient for staying in the room. For instance, there were no door to the toilet in the room,the curtain visible from outside was hung. Even among family, we were ashamed to use toilet during the stay.The other main point inconvenient to use,easily a bathmat caught by the door.So after taking a shower,I have to stride to go out. These are impossible to recover structurally,but when I put this comment, this hotel quickly replied asking the details. I regret to say minor disappointing points but still have an impression this hotel is really a good hotel.

Having booked a couple of rooms for 4 nights, we were not disappointed at all. The staff was very helpful since the beginning. It advised us and helped us get to a restaurant, rent some motorcycles, and got us a car when we left. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, with high standards. The bathroom is nicely decorated with a great bath tub. Nonetheless, I must admit that the bathroom being opened to the rest of the room was not the best idea ever. Indeed, there is no door to the bathroom and a large window located above the bath tub gives view to the rest of the bedroom. We managed to hide it but some more privacy needs should have been taken into account. A simple drape could be installed for instance. The breakfast was very good too. It included an omelette (whose cooking varied every morning or could depend on your particular request), some potatoes, bacon, bread and toasts as well as a portion of fresh fruits. The place is convenientely located, with scooter renters nearby, restaurants, 7/11 and last but not least, a nice beach right in front of the resort. In a nutshell, nice place to stay!!

Excellent room cleaning service, very tasty breakfast in the garden, all wraped up in Balinese style. The best stay in Taiwan I had so far.

A perfect stay with a great view. From the room balcony, you can see the view of beach and sea which is absolute one can relish when in Kenting
