從一進門取單等候、量額溫至辦理業務的過程中，該客服總是無微不至地接待每位顧客，與顧客說明大概需候時多長時間，現場調配所有動線與顧客需求。
為顧客辦理業務時，注意到所有小細節並仔細與顧客說明業務內容以及免費試用服務（亦寫張小紙條提醒您可致電取消該服務的日期，以免增生費用等）；更協助解答顧客會產生的所有疑問。
不得不說，所有服務業的最佳典範！Thumbs up!
